  Very Disappointing. A beautiful resort and Golf course with such potential for business. Just a shame the place is so badly managed. We had a large party of friends and family, most from overseas and we had pre arranged to dine in the restaurant with a set order. We sat down at the table at 1pm (Sunday 13th December 2015) and did not receive the meals until 2:20pm. The meal was good and the staff apologetic but apologies were no consolation for such poor service. We noted that other tables were being served as intermittently as our own. When we asked for an explanation the staff explained that "there was only one casual chef working, that the manager had refused to pay an additional hand for the kitchen." When we asked for the manager we were told that he had gone home for his dinner!
  I hope what is obviously a management issue, is addressed soon, but until it is we will not be back.
